INGREDIENTS
800gms Dexter beef pieces cubed
600 gms carrots cut in half inch pieces
1 large onion cut in pieces
4 mixed colour peppers diced in one inch pieces
2 cloves of garlic chopped
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon French mustard
500 mls liquid can be beef stock, red wine or cider.
2 tablespoons plain flour
Pepper and salt
2 table spoons cooking oil

METHOD
Mix the flour with salt and pepper and roll the meat cubes to coat.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated meat until browned 2-3 minutes.
Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker and add the liquid.
Cook for 8 hours on low if there is a temperature gauge.
This means you can turn it on overnight or in the morning if going to work so that it is ready when you get home.
Serve with mashed potato or rice.
